Learn to Windsurf with Wild Diamond Windsurfing, an RYA recognised school.

The Wild Diamond Windsurfing School is located at the loch in the north west of the island and is near by to the high school. Following road signs from anywhere on the island to Cornaig will get you there quickly. On arrival you will find a large array of cutting edge equipment from many manufacturers and top notch instructors ready to show you how to use it!

Booking is not essential during the peak season but is essential during the off season simply to ensure that there are instructors there to help you. The loch has flat, fresh water and steady winds and this allows your windsurfing skills to be quickly developed sailing by yourself or with a little aid from one of our instructors.

Our courses, taster sessions and hire are all run on a very flexible basis and this is designed to allow you to do as much or as little as you like on a daily basis (weather permitting). The atmosphere is relaxed and friendly but we do mean business! We would aim to get you on the water every day during your visit and doing something to help your windsurfing. It is normally just the amount of time you go out for each day that varies between customers. In our experience everyone advances quickly if they windsurf a little every day rather than all weekend once a month! So whatever you want to learn next we will build a personal plan up to allow you to accomplish your ambition.
